Why we built it
We got tired of running a real business on six disconnected tools.
Keeper wasn't specced in a boardroom. It was built to run our own retail floor — thousands of inventory items, a live storefront, staff on shift and customers waiting — and it has been doing that in production every day since.
That's the difference between a demo and an operating system. Every module exists because someone on our team needed it during a shift, and every performance target came from watching real staff wait on a real screen.

Storefront
The public shop runs off the same catalogue the staff edit. No export step, no sync job to babysit, no drift between what's listed and what's on the shelf.
Customers, tiers and points
Order history, loyalty tier, points and tags sit beside every conversation, so whoever picks up the message can see who they're talking to.
Resolve — the support queue
A queue of customer problems that get worked and closed, with statuses, assignment to a named person, threaded replies, internal notes and real email out. Not an inbox, not a chat — a queue with a resolved state.
Staff chat and endorsements
The internal staff room lives in the same system as the work, so shift handovers and endorsements attach to the thing being handed over.
Desktop app
A native shell for people who'd rather have an app in the dock than a tab in a browser. macOS is built; Windows is next.

No normal action reloads the browser. Saves and status changes update the interface immediately and reconcile behind you.
