MSV Group of Companies Inc. is a family-owned Philippine holding company based in Marikina City. What began as one remote services team in 2013 is now five brands across digital services, retail, technology and events.
Our story
One office, four industries, thirteen years.
The group grew the unglamorous way — each business funded by the last, and every one of them started because we saw the problem up close.
Klaudeville came first: a remote team billing overseas clients for the digital work their businesses needed. Running that team across time zones taught us what we now apply everywhere — write the process down, hire people who can own it, and stay close enough to the customer to hear when something is off.
When the team outgrew working from home, we opened a coworking space and made it our headquarters. When the neighbourhood needed a hobby store, we opened one downstairs. When an events supplier came up for sale, we bought it. And when our own retail floor showed us how hard it is to find a single card in this country, we started building the software to fix it.
What we do
Five sectors,

The group has always earned in more than one way. Service income funds retail, retail teaches us what software to build, and the software makes the retail cheaper to run.
Digital services
Klaudeville — ecommerce operations, paid media, customer support and AI workflows for 110+ brands across six markets, billed hourly and fixed-price.
Retail
Contemporary Nook — trading cards, collectibles and hobby supplies, sold on the floor in Loyola Heights and online every day.
Technology
Keeper, the business operating system running our own retail in production, and TCG Pinas, a nationwide inventory search for Philippine card shops.
Workspace
The Mastermind Hub and The Nook — six years of coworking, study areas and gaming, in Marikina and then Anonas. Both closed in December 2025.
Events
Eunoia — bath, body and lifestyle products, and the live souvenir buffet we bring to weddings, debuts and corporate events.

Klaudeville is founded
The agency starts taking overseas clients from Marikina, and goes on to become Top-Rated on Upwork with 110+ brands supported across six markets.
The Mastermind Hub opens
A coworking space on Lilac Street, Marikina — desks for the neighbourhood, and a permanent home for the team.
Contemporary Nook opens
A hobby and collectibles store in the same building, selling on the floor and online from day one.
Eunoia joins the group
The souvenir buffet business is acquired, adding events supply and in-house production to the mix.
MSV incorporates — and the Hub moves
The businesses are brought under MSV Group of Companies Inc., registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Mastermind Hub leaves Marikina for Anonas, Cubao, beside TIP, where it runs as The Nook.
The Nook closes · TCG Pinas begins
The Anonas venue closes its doors in December. In the same stretch the group starts TCG Pinas — a nationwide trading card inventory search and retailer referral index.
Keeper goes live
The group's all-in-one business operating system moves into production, running Contemporary Nook's inventory, storefront, customers and support desk every day.
Contemporary Nook opens in Loyola Heights
Grand opening of the new store in Loyola Heights, Quezon City — right in front of Ateneo, and a short walk from Katipunan.

Built the agency from nothing in 2013 and still runs client work himself — ecommerce operations, AI automation, marketing systems and customer experience.
Over a decade supporting ecommerce brands, education companies, startups and agencies, with a 100% Job Success score, $1M+ earned and 26,000+ personal hours logged on Upwork across 58 contracts. Before the agency: Apple technical support and Tier 2 telecoms support across the Philippine BPO industry. He also operates Contemporary Nook day to day and leads the build of Keeper.

The reason the group can run five businesses at once — finance, staffing, procurement, logistics, HR and business development all sit with her.
She came from healthcare, working at St. Luke's Medical Center in BGC, and brought that discipline to the back office: suppliers paid, staff hired and scheduled, stock bought, books kept and permits current across every brand. She has worked remotely for over five years while running multiple businesses alongside it.

For a while we ran what might still be our favourite thing the group has made: a proper haven for gamers.
PC gaming and console gaming under one roof with a trading card shop, a board game café and coworking desks — student lounge by day, tournament floor by night. It combined everything the group knew how to run, which is why its logo was the Mastermind Hub's lightbulb fused with the Nook's dice.
The Nook closed in December 2025. The idea behind it didn't — it lives on in Contemporary Nook's tournament floor and in Keeper, the software we built to run a floor that varied. More on The Nook.
The people
A small team
that does the work.
Between the agency, the store and the office, MSV has employed teams across customer support, ecommerce operations, design, media buying, retail floor staff and administration — most of them hired locally, trained in-house and promoted from within.
Staff are employed by the group rather than contracted per project, which is why our client feedback keeps naming individuals rather than the agency. The documented process is what lets someone take a shift, a ticket or a client hand-off without the standard slipping.
